Anything over 1 lb, is priced based on the USPS zone chart. Give us your zip code, and we'll quote you based on that chart.

$50.01 - $100.00 = $2.20

$100.01 and up - $2.20 plus $1.00 per each $100

Outside the United States
Rates vary depending on country. We'll quote you the best rate, depending on the USPS rates currently in effect.

We will not be responsible for uninsured packages or the difference between insured value and actual amount should they become lost or damaged.
Minimum Declared Value: $25.00

$0.00 - $25.00 = $3.00

$25.01 and up = $1.00 per $100.00 additional value

UPS (Continental United States only) - Includes insurance to $100, $0.35 for each $100 value.

To figure shipping rates, the first item is the first 12" record, six 7" records or 3 CD’s if no 12" records are ordered. Multiple record sets count as multiple records; a 2-LP set counts as 2 LP’s for postage. 2 CD’s count as one item for shipping.

Ohio residents will be assessed 6% sales tax as required by the State

RESERVATIONS
We will gladly reserve items for you. Items can be held for 10 days from date of order for U.S. customers, and 4 weeks for foreign customers. ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BY THE END OF THE RESPECTIVE 10 DAYS (OR 4 WEEK) HOLD TIME.

Please Note: Reservations are a privilege CVC extends to its customers. All items put on hold are considered sold. Do not place items on hold if you don’t intend to pay for them. The responsibility is yours. If you persist in not honoring your commitment, you will be dropped from the mailing list.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy: We will only accept returns for defective items or items not in advertised condition. Returns for items you find somewhere else are not acceptable. You must notify CVC before sending items back.

Refund Policy: We will gladly refund your money for defective items only if we can’t supply a replacement copy. Exchanges for other items in stock are quite acceptable. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

CONDITIONS OF ITEMS
All items are graded strictly and visually. Some have been play graded. Items are graded record first, then cover. If only one grade is listed, it pertains to both.

ALL ITEMS ARE MINT MINUS (m-) AND STEREO UNLESS INDICATED

m- Our top grade for opened records, like new

vg++ A couple of light scratches or scuffs, slight cover wear

vg+ A few more scratches and wear, but still very desirable

vg More audible noise and a good deal of cover wear

g(any) Very well worn, disc very noisy, cover tattered

Please note: All radio show CD’s are used as they get played by radio stations. Their plastic coatings, therefore, may have scuffs on them. 99% of them will play fine.
