Please do not send payment before we get back to you! Email us with the items you are interested in purchasing. Emailing us is better than calling it in as we then have written record.

After we check our inventory, we will get back to you with what is available along with the choices we offer for shipping (as well as rates). We suggest using the insurance option as we are not responsible for any uninsured packages after they leave our office.

Once we confirm your order, you can make payments in one of two ways:

  • Credit card orders can be placed via Paypal. Got to Paypal and then click on "send money". Once their form comes up, use our email,, as the account to make the payment to. Paypal is fully secure and has a fine buyer protection program for your purchase. You must register with them as a user (which takes a few minutes) if you are not already - and please mention CVC Collectables when you do.

  • Within our TEN DAY hold period (for U.S. customers - 21 days for overseas) you can send in your payment by check or money order to CVC, 2600 W. Henderson Way, Clarksville TN 37042 USA The hold period begins the day we confirm your order back to you.

  • International customers should send payment by post office international money order only! If you use a bank IMO there is an additional $15 fee that has to be added as that is what our bank charges us to process them. Postal money orders have no extra charges. If you send cash by registered mail, you do so at your own risk.

  • We typically ship all orders within 48 hours of the receipt of payment and, if you ask for it, we can let you know when they ship out so you can be on the lookout for the package.
